Our commitment

NIS2 Entity Scope Check (https://nis2.sellerguardrails.com), operated by José Manuel Volante González, is committed to making this tool usable by as many people as possible, in line with the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

Measures in place

• Semantic structure. Headings, landmarks and lists describe the page so assistive technologies can navigate it.
• Keyboard operability. All interactive controls — the sector, size and EU-presence inputs and the result region — can be reached and operated with the keyboard alone. A "skip to content" link is provided.
• Visible focus and contrast. Focus indicators are visible, and text/background colour pairs are chosen to meet WCAG AA contrast ratios.
• Live result announcement. When the classification result updates, the result region is announced to screen-reader users via an ARIA live region.
• Reduced motion. Animations respect the prefers-reduced-motion setting.

Known limitations

This is an actively maintained tool and conformance is reviewed on an ongoing basis. If you encounter a barrier that is not listed here, we want to hear about it.
