NIS2 Entity Scope Check (https://nis2.sellerguardrails.com), operated by José Manuel Volante González (NIF 49108819R), does not deploy advertising, social-media or cross-site tracking cookies. The checker runs entirely in your browser — the sector, size and EU-presence inputs you enter are not sent to our servers, and no persistent identifying cookie is written by the application itself.

Strictly-necessary cookies

The static host, Cloudflare Pages, may set strictly-necessary cookies for load balancing, security and bot mitigation. Under Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy) and Recital 66 of the GDPR, cookies that are strictly necessary to deliver a service the user has requested are exempt from the prior-consent requirement. We do not use these cookies to track you across sites or build a profile.

Analytics

Aggregate, non-identifying audience measurement (page-view counts) is collected in a form that does not require a cookie that identifies you and is not used to profile individual visitors. No advertising network is loaded on this site.

Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Because the tool does not depend on identifying cookies, blocking them will not break the classification feature.
