Your access

The interactive scope checker is provided free of charge, as-is, for informational and orientation purposes. No account or registration is required to use it.

Nature of the content

NIS2 Entity Scope Check provides a preliminary, indicative classification based on the sector, size and EU-establishment inputs you supply, mapped against Directive (EU) 2022/2555. It is not legal advice and does not certify compliance. You must verify any output against the official Eur-Lex text and the national transposition that applies to you, and consult qualified counsel before acting. The operator accepts no liability for decisions taken solely on the basis of the tool's results.

Optional paid report

You may optionally purchase a one-time detailed report (a downloadable document). This is a single purchase, not a subscription: there is no recurring billing and no account is created. Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider under its own terms; we do not store your card details. Because the report is supplied as digital content that is made available immediately on purchase, you acknowledge that, where you expressly consent to immediate supply, the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content may not apply (Directive (EU) 2011/83, Article 16(m)). If a report is not delivered or is defective, contact us and we will remedy it or refund the purchase.

Intellectual property

The content, classification logic and design are protected. You may make personal, non-commercial use with attribution. The official legal texts cited remain the property of the European Union and the Member States.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes take effect when published here. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
